Background
First time lifting ever was in High School for football back in 1997. After that I was off and on with it. I just recently (JUN 2011) got back into it full time and I am loving it and the results that I showing up.
Its a constant challenge.

Day Off
Day 1: Shoulders

Continuous Cycle
Sets: 3-4 sets each exercise plus a warmup set
Reps: 15-25 (Fast Twitch Muscle Fiber Training)
Reps: 6-12 (Slow Twitch Muscle Fiber Training)
I continuously rotate fast and slow muscle fiber training ever 4 weeks approximately

Eat Good, Eat Alot
Wakeup: 1 scoop Whey Isolate / 1/2 cup oats
Preworkout: Amino Nitro FX / NO-Explode / 1 scoop Arginine
Postworkout: 1 scoop 2:1 1 recovery
Postworkout meal(1 hour after Postworkout Shake): 45gram protein shake / 1/2 cup oats
Every 2-2.5 hours I have a lean protien source of 30-40 grams and a slow digesting carb source.
Before bed: 1 scoop Casein

My key motivator is observing others who have bodies that I am striving for. They keep me pushing by seeing them work hard to get what they have. My other motivator is looking at myself in the mirror and observing changes and results. I am not really crazy about strength and power. I am all about size and muscle semetry.
