I have always been into health and fitness. I'm one of those ppl who had the old concrete dumbbells in their room lol..
Why I Love It:
The results are awesome! I like to look and feel great! Not to mention the quality of ones life will be better as we age.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well looking at most of the population out there keeps me motivated! I just want to look hard and feel great!
