im short, like 5'6.5. i put my height in the stats thing im not sure why it didn't show.

i don't have an ab routine, unless you count tricep pulldowns ;) it's just a matter of getting rid of the fat that covers your abs and you're set. if you want bulkier abs, that is a different story.

i hit a plateau at about 152lb myself (it sucks hey). i overcame it by taking protein shakes and i'm up to 165lb now after ~3 months. the honest reason i can "clean bulk" so easily is my genetics. i don't watch what i eat (3 meals p/ day), but i work hard at the gym. i think the key for people who aren't ripped naturally is just to have a diet with lots of calories, low fat and enough protein.
