I started lifting weights for high school sports, and really got into it after college baseball
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of blood rushing through my legs after a good workout...I also love the way it keeps me going, definitely gives me energy to keep up with my kids
How I Stay Motivated:
my family keeps me motivated
BB Accomplishments:
Winning the overall at my first show was a big accomplishment, but placing 11th at my 1st national show was even better

I've recently noticed that I've slacked off on my work-outs, to ensure a successful future on the road to my Doctorate. I'm doing excellent in school, but can't find the motivation to get in the gym like I should after I've studied for 6 hours a day and still trying to spend time with my wife...
