How I Started:
I started working out when I was 5, that's when I became a martial artisit. My current "re-start," if you will, was a few months ago when I got to the desert and someone came up with a bright idea of running a 5K every other week.
Why I Love It:
I actually hate working out. I do it because it relieves stress, keeps me healthy, and the results look nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I have to keep my run time down for both my civilan and military job. I am also thinking about competing in a figure or fitness competition one day.

Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I don't really have a "workout partner" per say. However, twice a week every week I am forced to workout out with about 10-150 other people during mandatory Squadron and/or group PT.

yea, you cant really listen to country when your running, you may start to cry or think about the trailer your cousin lives in or wonder howmany nati lights you have left in the fridge all of these can be distracting while running,,lol
