How I Started:
I started working out when I was 5, that's when I became a martial artisit. My current "re-start," if you will, was a few months ago when I got to the desert and someone came up with a bright idea of running a 5K every other week.
Why I Love It:
I actually hate working out. I do it because it relieves stress, keeps me healthy, and the results look nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I have to keep my run time down for both my civilan and military job. I am also thinking about competing in a figure or fitness competition one day.

For me working out and eating properly is like brushing my teeth and taking a shower. It's not something I have to think about. The decision has already been made.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I don't really have a "workout partner" per say. However, twice a week every week I am forced to workout out with about 10-150 other people during mandatory Squadron and/or group PT.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I split my workouts between working out at home, working out at the gym, and running outside.
