How I Started:
I started working out when I was 5, that's when I became a martial artisit. My current "re-start," if you will, was a few months ago when I got to the desert and someone came up with a bright idea of running a 5K every other week.
Why I Love It:
I actually hate working out. I do it because it relieves stress, keeps me healthy, and the results look nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I have to keep my run time down for both my civilan and military job. I am also thinking about competing in a figure or fitness competition one day.

For me working out and eating properly is like brushing my teeth and taking a shower. It's not something I have to think about. The decision has already been made.

To tired to even notice I had a weggy... yes, I know, I'm being brave by posting this... but, I need a good shot of the back and butt so in the future I know if I'm improving...
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I don't really have a "workout partner" per say. However, twice a week every week I am forced to workout out with about 10-150 other people during mandatory Squadron and/or group PT.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I split my workouts between working out at home, working out at the gym, and running outside.
So, I won't be taking anymore pictures until the end of July/ begining of Aug. The pictures I take then will be progession pictures. Maybe if I like the progression I'll show my face on this site for the first time. Just Maybe.
GA is definitely treating me well, when I'm not deployed or TDY, lol. I'm in AL right now. Get back in August. How's life in your neighborhood? I loved the two years I spent in TX. I thought SA was a great place to be stationed.
