I just find with my journey with belly, I had to trick mine. One week I hit em 3 times, next 2, and next 1, next none. I had to watch what I put in my mouth. As hard as I train I have to do that thing. But you can have a clean diet, train a little or none, and still loose some weight. Calorie deprivation. Your body has to burn fat, not food.

Chest was great. But, I altered from chest to delts. Hit tris and chest last week and switched to chest and delts yesterday. Incline barbell, supinated military barbell press, flat dumbell press, Charles Glass Lateral Raises, heavy weighted dips, weighted pushups 3xfailure. Fast, quick, and intense for 3 sets each. Worked out swell.

Never slack. Never get in a comfort mode. Cause just as easy as it is to get comfortable, its hard to escape it. Just go and get it. And keep it when you get it too. Good luck and God Bless Ya young lady.

Shoot man, your crazy. Your waist is lean man. I have some loose skin. Not much. Still see my bottom abs though. Juat gota go get it man. Follow your dreams. It was hard man to get this stomach. Thanks though sir.

Great, training is tough. I have to train with clients too. I kind of scare them but, it also gives them juice to push harder. Gota train chest and tris. Bye D!!!

Say Protein. You will think Im crazy for saying this. But have yourself one to two sanity eating days! Preferably, on the days your more active. Your motabolism is accoustomed to your catabolism. The little fat you recieve your cheating I promise will fire your fat burning furnace a little more. Do that for a week only and see whats up. You will see!

80% was diet. Even though I busted my tail in and out the gym: Salmon, chicken no seasoning, beef patties sparingly, salads, mixed veges, 2 gallons water, brown rice, yoga, weights, boxing, spinning, swimming, circuits, alot of mixture. I never let my body adapt. Seems my body was changing overnight. Thank you focus.

I have been training military members for years. But now I train civilians of all walks. I prefer the civilian world cause their are really no stipulations on the fitness intensity applied to the workouts. 80% of my clients are females too. And with that, I am learning alot about a females body. I do seminars on nutrition and starting a workout plan too. Have questions, let me know.
