To make a long story short, I actually started working out in 89 as a little tike(off and on). But after I saw my father die in my moms arms of high blood pressure and cholestorol in 93, I really started to take flight on weights some. But I can really say since after the loss of my son in 01 from S.I.D.S., I took fitness to the heart. Eating clean, lifting and getting plentiful rest is what I like to do. So, my advice to every man & woman is take care of yourself and your kids and teach them healty eating habits cause thier ain't no coming back here!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good, more attractive, gives me confidence and structure within myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results! Visual ones. When I look in the mirror at myself and see my body changing like I have never sought, that motivates me to want more and more.........

Now this is the sole reason my website is called FitDreams. Cause I never thought I could look like this. This is a dream to me. I will never go back to a chubby-wubby again!!!
Right now, typical free weights don't cut it for me. So, I do something similiar to the Spartian 300. Only, I go back-to-back sorta something like circuits. Try this exactly the way it's shown here and you will throw up:
Warmup- 15 pound dumbells in hand stiffjabs/3x6 minute rounds...
