To make a long story short, I actually started working out in 89 as a little tike(off and on). But after I saw my father die in my moms arms of high blood pressure and cholestorol in 93, I really started to take flight on weights some. But I can really say since after the loss of my son in 01 from S.I.D.S., I took fitness to the heart. Eating clean, lifting and getting plentiful rest is what I like to do. So, my advice to every man & woman is take care of yourself and your kids and teach them healty eating habits cause thier ain't no coming back here!
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good, more attractive, gives me confidence and structure within myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results! Visual ones. When I look in the mirror at myself and see my body changing like I have never sought, that motivates me to want more and more.........
BB Accomplishments:
-I.S.S.A Certified
-Motivate others, give advice on what your bodies capabilities, and believe in yourself and put God 1st at all times!!!
Now this is the sole reason my website is called FitDreams. Cause I never thought I could look like this. This is a dream to me. I will never go back to a chubby-wubby again!!!
Right now, typical free weights don't cut it for me. So, I do something similiar to the Spartian 300. Only, I go back-to-back sorta something like circuits. Try this exactly the way it's shown here and you will throw up:
Warmup- 15 pound dumbells in hand stiffjabs/3x6 minute rounds...
