When I Started: Jun, 2000
How I Started: To make a long story short, I actually started working out in 89 as a little tike(off and on). But after I saw my father die in my moms arms of high blood pressure and cholestrol in 93, I really started to take flight on weights some. But I can really say since after the loss of my son in 01 from S.I.D.S., I took fitness to the heart. Eating clean, lifting and getting plentiful rest is what I like to do. So, my advice to every man & woman is take care of yourself and your kids and teach them healty eating habits cause thier ain't no coming back here!
Why I Love It: Makes me feel good, more attractive, gives me confidence, even on bad days, and helps me motivate others that are lazy.
How I Stay Motivated: I give myself a goal in the gym every week and accomplish it. Such as lifting heavier, increasing my intensity, motivating others in the gym(cause you can tell who knows and who doesn't know what they are doing and are scared to ask).
And I really get off-the-wall motivated by a woman busting her ass harder than some dudes in the gym. That makes me step my gym game up!!!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
MINES. Because I can only be like me. I don't have the time to be admiring another dudes frame. Now, I will tell a dude he is swole or ripped. But, I have to love me for the most part.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I ripped my right side lat doing 600 pd shrugs improper when I was younger. Being young, dumb, and out of control in the gym.
