-have three one arm pullups- go for ten by 2009
-put up 200% flat bench= 400 pounds or 180 kilo
-do a handstand press, one hand, can do a few both hands, by 2009
- get the 6, on its way
This week I learned a newfound respect for personal trainers. And even though many get ridiculed on this site, especially in the forums, they are ok with me.
Now it starts out with friends asking about lifting, to the question- "Can you put me on a program?", and so you’re flattered...

Thanks, yeah I was real happy with my time. I swam short course 25 yards each way so 3 turns. In the Olympic trials on tv these last few days, they've been swimming 50 meters each way. So, only 1 turn for them.
Things are going well. I raced last weekend and hit my goal of a mid 56 sec 100 yrd freestyle. Plus, today I just had my shoulders measured on a non-lifting day and they are bigger by 1/2 an inch. 48+1/2" Arms were also up a 1/2. I'm fighting to lean out still. I want to loose those love handles. Thanks for checking in.

Hi Brian, I just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much for writing my training and nutrition programme, I have been quite diligent about it and will post some pics next week. Hopefully I've made some progress and it will be thanks to you gorgeous.
Gains have been slow lately...but I've never been one to go through bulk/cutting cycles, so I have to be patient. How about you, how is your training going?

Yes, I have had to buckle up a lot to stay strict with the food. I do feel like I have grown so much thru the experience. It's truly all in ones head - and you can truly do anything if you put your mind to it. I also feel like next time around I will be able to handle the stressors of getting ready so much better...I will be able to toughen it up a lil better! It's all good stuff.
