Do you feel like you have a grip on what foods and the amounts of each you have to take in, or are you still in an adjustment period. Everyone eats what I do, but I don't eat everything that they do. They'll get pizza on occasion and I'll eat my chicken and vegetables.
Right. Nothing processed. The tuna sort of tastes the same as if it were mixed with mayo. You really don't taste the hummus necessarily. Also, I steam broccoli in a little bit of low sodium chicken broth which makes the broccoli taste buttery. The kids love it too.
The secret is that I'm eating lots of protein and vegetables. I have rice for no more than one meal a couple of times a week (that varies). Sweet potatoes were around for a while. Mainly just cutting out premade food, even pasta.
