I've changed my workout schedule just a tad...4 days working two body parts per day. Here is a sample week:
4 Day Sample Workout for Mass (low reps)
Monday 5 Chest / 4 Triceps
Chest Incline Bench 4 Sets: 10, 8, 6, 4

You're so incredibly lean and muscular. Just what I am trying to accomplish. I assume the triathalons are a major part of this. I saw backpackers on the trail once and were a couple of animals ripped to the max. Maybe the sustained burning of calories is what does this?

Thanks, Bryan. U 2 have a great weekend. I think I am becoming a biking junkie:) Had my 3rd spinning class today. A different instructor - loved it! Awesome music, great routine, AND she whipped my butt! Now, sitting at home, I am looking at my bike and have to STOP myself from getting on it:) Is it normal?
