How I Started:
Why I Love It:
I love the rush...the feeling...the fact that bodybuilding is something YOU accomplish, nobody can do it for you. You can have outside encouragement, but in the end its something you do yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, just by looking at how I'm progressing..also this may sound funny, but buying new gym clothes sometimes gets me perked up...I think I have more clothes for the gym than out!
So I was doing my arms today and noticed my shoulders are really getting defined, however only when I flex them. When they are just regular they look like I don't know..>"regular"
I gota figure out a good eating plan, i'm going nuts with it. I have allt he motivation just not...
Hey hon. Sorry I have not been on much. I have been getting ready for my move to San Diego. I am so psyched! For yours abs...the best thing for real...what I think. #1 eating clean... (I believe Dairy kills them - I don't touch it) #2 cardio...in particular running.
Oh my god woman you are kicking butt!!! You look so amazing...you must be sticking to your diet, because your stomach looks so flat. Compare your before and afters! Wow...nice work babe. Back is looking really nice, bicep shape is coming out. Keep training like a monster!
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
You prob have to do get some more supplements. Try an appetite suppressant RELORA. Also, although it hurts...up your Veggie intake. Put more Veggies on your plate and make sure you eat them all...You can even add them to breakfast if you need. Not only will they fill you but also make you lean out.
Oh yeah...as for abs..the verdict is still out on whether or not you can overtrain them. I personally say no. train them as much as you want. The more developed that they become and the cleaner yoru diet the less you will have to work them in the future. Right now I do abs maybe 3-4x a week.
Hey you! Umm I would suggest reverse situps, bent over double rows (squeeeezze),Reverse back arches/raises with a twist...could add weight. You want to make sure you are taking in "good" fat...no trans. Things like Peanut Butter and nuts.
