always the chubby ugly kid & went through 10 years of child abuse. i guess i needed to do something to protect my low self image but it became so much more.. grew mentally emotionally and spiritually..saved my life!
Why I Love It:
freedom of exspression.. taken it to the limit for no one but myself.growing as a human being through trial and error.just gotta love this rush..

Goal (Long):
i plan to begin prep 1st feb to qualify around september for our south african nationals and then for october our muscle evolution mag show..prob the closest show we have to what would be a pro type show.real profesional..iv been competeing half heartedly for around 10 years never fullfilling the potential i have,kinda a life story. after a coach and mentor (louie glantz) died this last december never seeing me do what he believed i cld.( he was a i.f.b.b int judge and one of the organisers ot the mr o here in pretoria back in 1975..even got to meet king arnie with louie..anyway he always stuck by me telling me i have a gift and to use it well but due to rough childhood i never saw it through lack of self belief. now hes gone and in honour of him and all those who dont believe...im going in with a winners attetude.whooaah..i will compete at around 90kgs or 198 pounds god willing all quality whith good old fasion symetry and proportion to match.just want to represent and show child abuse is not an excuse and living your future based on your past isnt worth it..wanna have as much fun as poss and enjoy the journey..

That's what the baby sis said! lol! She has really been busy with moving. Poor baby girl! On another note...I really need your help Sweets. I'm seeing consistent strength gains and eating really clean consistently..so happy about that..not seeing the definition/cuts in my legs that I want. Do you think I should carb cycle? I need help Boo.
Thanks..that pic is about 8 weeks ago. I think I'm a little leaner now but my weight is the same. So, hopefully I have a bit more definition which is what I'm after. I need to get a camera!! Dropped my iphone in the toilet and it was my only digital. oops.
I think I am at about 10% and have been for quite some time. My calipers broke, so I am not sure, but all my pinching areas are hard to pinch when I flex
you're so funny!!! Yeah, I am trying not to lose any size. i like my 121 lb body better than my 114. My quads and shoulders are so much fuller at this size. Bodybuilding is much harder dieting
Hey, thanks for the pep talk. I'm still busy at work, but I have been working out (not as much as I should) and have been eating pretty clean. I've been trying to increase my protein intake, which I think has helped me. You look like your hitting the gym pretty hard. Talk to you later.
