i've had a couple of friends come down with summer cases of illness... that sucks. I've been making good effort to get out and jog along the waterfront here in Edmonds and swim at a friend's house. Been great weather for it. Sorry you're not feeling great, hope you feel better soon.

yeah, my friend needed some good inspiration. She used to be a dancer and had a rough time after getting diagnosed with RA, she's getting better though, just needed to see that it is possible to live a healthy lifestyle. Keep up the hard work, you're looking great.
