Overall Goal: I'm fighting the fact that i was always the chubby kid growing up. - If i can't lose weight, i want to put the right kind in the right places.
Fit Status:
couldn't pull myself out of a pool if my life counted on it; my arms hurt so good.
A friend who lives a few states away, needed someone to help keep them motivated (suffer with them) so we both started regimes and kept each other on track. I liked seeing the small changes and kept at it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself when i see where i had let myself go and how far i've come.
How I Stay Motivated:
A good friend pushes me on, and we are holding each other accountable to get up and get out there and do it healthily.

Goal (Long):
I am hoping to be able to not be ashamed to take my shirt off at the beach next summer and attract good attention (not looks of horror). I am also hoping to better my stamina to be able to play a game of volleyball or soccer with my friends rather than sit on the sidelines, watching. It may sound funny, but i'd like my stomach not to jiggle when i brush my teeth (it's all about baby steps right?). I just want to look and feel better, not necessarily be a certain weight, or huge and ripped, just comfortable in my own skin.
First, I want to say thank you to the people who have been supportive in my process of quitting smoking. Secondly, I want to apologize for letting any of them down by back sliding a few days ago. I was driving home after work and was thinking to myself "turn right and you can make it home,...
haha yeah... ive been sick for the last four days and counting. i did lay out in the sun a bit today but thats about all ive mustered up the energy to do.:( hwo about you? do anything fun?
haha seriously! when im not WORKING!! its always crappy out on my days off. :( and thank you... im working really hard this time around so im hoping to be quite the masterpeice in a few months here. time will tell! :)
oh my goodness! youre making such amazing progress! keep it up and lift heavy! all the muscle is going to really contribute to fat loss. keep up the good work i cant wait to see how far you go! :)
