lmlloyd1981 thanks m8 im 200lbs now im gonna bulk to 218-220 very slow and then cut should be an easy cut with all that extra muscle :D i have no idea how much muscle Ive gain though because i was alway cutting loosing the weight first first year i went on low cals think that why i have loose skin and skinny fat stomach my mistake didn't know much about food back then was just eat low calories low protein big error there :) how much do you think i gained ? lmlloyd1981 think i have my calories right not afraid much about fat gain but want to limit it to little as i can since i was obese before i have trouble areas my stomach area is skinny fat very bad and loose skin on top on that lol as i lost 11 stone but i look back at my photos seeing now i look small lol May 10, 2013 6:29pm

Madewrong from your personal experience i know you have had days when you maby pushed too hard and messed up your back. what have you found that works the best for you when you are down in your back. i cant hardly get out of bed or stand and walk with out killer pain going through my hips knees and up my back and all steming from my lower back Mar 6, 2013 9:37am
