Always played sports in highschool and been addicted to workin out every since. Now working out is more of way to let out stress.
Why I Love It:
I like challenges and in the weightroom you find new challenges all the time. You set a goal and once its accomplished you set another! Its keep me wanting to get better than before.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation can be a struggle but looking at ppl on here and at the gym making progress gives me motivation to do the same for myself.

Things are good, I give the wkends to chill litttl on the clean eating lol. But overall good, trying to add some more muscle by diet time for competition so stocked for that! You plan on competing ever

Remember this man, the body cant live without the mind.Its all mental, if you go to the gym with the mind set of doubt then you gonna get doubtful results.On the other hand if you go into the gym feeling like you are a beast ready to desroy Dem wights that's exally whats gonna happen.The secret is not BS its basic laws of quantum physics and psychology. after the exercise, the goal is to give 2wks of all out effort to see where yo mind at with this. REWARD = finding yourself I dont know about you but this laid back stuff trying to prevent injury hurt worse than anything

yeah thats what i heard hopefully we will have a nice summer unlike last one. sandbox isn't to bad just boring and a boring ass job. i have been just hitting the gym like crazy trying to loss this extra weight. Have you been hitting the gym pretty hard again?
Yeah i usually dont like muscletech products... i find them overpriced, but i think that the luekic and creakic was worth it... Gakic was good too but i wouldnt use it on a daily basis.. Just for like maxing out and things like that.. What are u on? Any suggestions?
It aint done yet but the second session is 150$ it comes out to 300$ for the whole dragon. Females go crazy when they see that tat dude and it aint even done. I tell them to "enter the dragon" like bruce lee feels me lol Good luck fam
