Overall my goal is to get in complete shape and look the best I've ever looked. And to do so I need to establish healthy eatin habits and increase my cardio. I've always wanted to hit 200lbs but I want it to be a solid ripped 200.
I have two diff workouts for my back. The frist workout consist of mass building workouts. Like deadlifts, bent over barbell dumbbell rows, t-bar rows and of course pullups not chins. The next workout for the detail such as latpulldown rear and front, seated cable rows, machine rows and different grips and attachments on the lat pulldowns. And chins on that day
Looks like you are doing fine to me man!!!!! Not much I can help you with besides keep it simple keep it basic. Always push for new numbers. No matter weight or reps. Keep progressing man you look great.
Yeah, chow hall food can be terrible but, you shouldn't rely on chow hall food for proper nutrients. Check out my last blog and maybe you will get some ideas on how to manage your own diet.
Besides the tats, we are virtually the same. As for as my workout, heavy controlled bench press, squats and dead lifts is the back bone. How is your diet looking?
I got some true religion jeans :) I am liking your style too. I dont know any guys that would pay that much for jeans/clothes... so you get mad props for that, lol.
