Gaining forty-five pounds of muscle to go from 155 lbs (arms like twigs!) to 200 lbs. Going from being the kid in school that couldn't do a single pullup (so degrading!) to doing sets of 8 with 25 lbs hanging between my legs.

I want to lose 10 lbs of bodyfat and gain 10 lbs of muscle, essentially putting me at 195-200 lbs with 5% bodyfat.
I want my legs to catch up to my upper body strength. I'd like to be squatting 300 or more soon.
Oh and I want abs like HackSquats! Lol.
