I want to lose 10 lbs of bodyfat and gain 10 lbs of muscle, essentially putting me at 195-200 lbs with 5% bodyfat. I want my legs to catch up to my upper body strength. I'd like to be squatting 300 or more soon. Oh and I want abs like HackSquats! Lol.
