How I Started:
I was anorexic, and decided that I was sick and tired of being skinny...also I wanted to be able to defend myself. I bulked up, and ended up going to probably 20-25% bodyfat. After making this mistake, I will make sure to never do a "quick bulk" again...as this is a sure-fire way to gain more fat than desired(at least in my case).

I am going to concentrate on strength during my bulk, but also try to strengthen my weak points (chest, quads, triceps). 5x5 seems like a perfect plan for this purpose...so I will be using it for roughly the next 4 months.

I've been in China since the beginning of April. Four months now, and I have little to show for it. I came here very lean, and fairly muscular, but I have since lost some of that muscle and my health has gotten a little worse.

Now that I have more time in my schedule, I am going to get...

From skinny to too much bulk and now ripped. Great job. Solid work on traps, shoulders, arms (solid peaks), forearms and chest. Like U say, slow and easy. You'll get there I'm sure with your solid work ethic. Continued success and keep posting. André
