I was anorexic, and decided that I was sick and tired of being skinny...also I wanted to be able to defend myself. I bulked up, and ended up going to probably 20-25% bodyfat.
After making this mistake, I will make sure to never do a "quick bulk" again...as this is a sure-fire way to gain more fat than desired(at least in my case).

Went from 5' 7" 105 lbs. (8% bodyfat) to 5' 7" 155 lbs. (11% bodyfat)

I am going to concentrate on strength during my bulk, but also try to strengthen my weak points (chest, quads, triceps).
5x5 seems like a perfect plan for this purpose...so I will be using it for roughly the next 4 months.
