when i was younger i really didnt care about what i looked like but when someone went and called me fat it pushed me over the edge and made me want to feel better about myself so i began to lift and now i want to prove to myself that i can look just like someone out of a magazine! and i currently just finished my certification to become a personal trainer so one day when i put on more muscle i hope to make a career out of that..
thats awesome man!!! isnt it the best when you start to see and feel the results from your workouts! training is going great here! gonna hit back and shoulders today.

I eat lots of protien through 6 to 8 meals a day. Lots of protien bars and meat. I have a sample plan in my blogs if you want to check it out. I try to eat 30 to 40 grams of protien at each meal. I drink a lot of water, probably more that 90 ounces a day.
I treat my abs like any other muscle, not doing super high reps. I usually do 3 sets of 15 to 35 on decline bench, depending on time inbetween each set. Hanging leg raises and wipers too.

Hey b-rizzle89 well all i can say is that i have been living this life style for 20 years and it better show by now. I train my arms twice a wee. A light session and a heavy one. All basic movements. Just train hard and eat the right amount of food. You will get there.

Hey man, the lipotropic protein is OK. Taste pretty crappy and it tends to give me a stomach ache...Number wise its great... I wont get it again I dont think..
