when i was younger i really didnt care about what i looked like but when someone went and called me fat it pushed me over the edge and made me want to feel better about myself so i began to lift and now i want to prove to myself that i can look just like someone out of a magazine! and i currently just finished my certification to become a personal trainer so one day when i put on more muscle i hope to make a career out of that..

hey i currently eat the following daily and workout around the same time so lemme know if you think all is well or if i should change it up!

1. wake up and immediately eat 4 eggwhites and 3 whole eggs, 3/4 cup oatmeal uncooked, and sometimes applesauce with cinnamin.

2. 2.5 hrs l8r i used...

I eat lots of protien through 6 to 8 meals a day. Lots of protien bars and meat. I have a sample plan in my blogs if you want to check it out. I try to eat 30 to 40 grams of protien at each meal. I drink a lot of water, probably more that 90 ounces a day.

I treat my abs like any other muscle, not doing super high reps. I usually do 3 sets of 15 to 35 on decline bench, depending on time inbetween each set. Hanging leg raises and wipers too.

Hey b-rizzle89 well all i can say is that i have been living this life style for 20 years and it better show by now. I train my arms twice a wee. A light session and a heavy one. All basic movements. Just train hard and eat the right amount of food. You will get there.

Hey man, the lipotropic protein is OK. Taste pretty crappy and it tends to give me a stomach ache...Number wise its great... I wont get it again I dont think..

diets high protien and pretty high carb. you want it to be 50%carb 30% protein and the other 20% comes from fats and other. as far as abs go i do p90x in the mornings about everyother day then i do all weighted abs at night. ie weighted knee raises, rope pull downs, and hanging leg raises. hope it helps. keep at it bro.

Heythanks man. my split is pretty basic. chest/quads, shoulders/abs/calves, back/hams, arms/abs/calves, quads/light ham then cardio everyday when cutting. thats the week for me. what are your current goals?
