when i was younger i really didnt care about what i looked like but when someone went and called me fat it pushed me over the edge and made me want to feel better about myself so i began to lift and now i want to prove to myself that i can look just like someone out of a magazine! and i currently just finished my certification to become a personal trainer so one day when i put on more muscle i hope to make a career out of that..
Thanks for the add. As far as the diet, just staying clean. Keeping away from sugars and starches late at night and trying to eliminate saturated fats.
Hope this helps!!
and drink about 1.5 gallons of water throughout the day. Again, not a trainer, and not a nutritionist.... I just eat what I can to keep the calories in me. It's a good thing I have a fast metabolism
Dude, first thing first, I am no trainer/nutritionist, but I have no problem telling what I do, and what works for me.... Here's my diet.... I wake up at 3:30am and drink a weight gainer shake; at 7:00 am I eat two breakfast tacos; at 11:00 am I eat lunch (usually chik fila or pizza); at 2:00pm I eat a bag of beef jerky; workout at 4:00pm (after drinking n.o. xplode); go home a drink another weight gainer shake; eat dinner; snack on whatever (pop tarts, peanuts, etc);
thanks man, my diet and training was never really strict until about the past 3 months because hockey was always my main focus. I have been lifting with the intentions of gaining mass since I've always been lean but never could put on size. Message me if you want to talk diet or training. Take care
