Goal (Long):
I have never had trouble gaining muscle. The obstacle I face is when my workouts increase, so
does my appetite. I have to find a balance between pressing hard during my workout and reducing caloric intake. I am a larger frame guy so running is difficult for me. The more I eat, the more cardio I have to do. In order to reduce the cardio to a managable and realistic state (30-45 min / 3 times a week) then I have to reduce the number of calories. The goal is to stay under 2000 calories / day. This can be achieved by the intake of more water and eating slower at meals in order to let the body reach that full state before overeating.
