It's easy to make fun of and talk shit about someone when they're dead. It's disgusting threads like that the man had so much ahead of him and a daughter to die so young is such a tragedy.
I start with 135 and do that about 10 reps...than I add two ten plates and do a couple sets of 155...I go higher if I feel like it...
after every weight session (4 times a week)I do at least a mile of HIIT on the tread..which takes about ten minutes and burns 200 calories...
mat i add....diet is the most important thing for being this lean...
chest: once a week... 3 sets of 10 of decline
3 sets of 10 incline
I only do flat bench for a warm up set..
than I do 3 sets of 10 of the cable butterflys to hit the inner chest..
abs I hit every other weight day.....do crunches holding a plate n' shit..
