To lose weight and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
I want to transform my body by dropping pounds, lowering my fat % and gaining muscle. I'd like to have muscle definition, particularly in my abs, quads and biceps. I'd like to get to get back to my high school/college weight and fitness level (or as close to it as possible). I was 170lbs of muscle and played field hockey and lacrosse year round.
I want to be able to run distances again and to be able to do pull-ups, etc.

Here's a sample of today's meals. Looking for feedback. For breakfast, sometimes I'll have oatmeal w/ an egg and a piece of fruit. Sometimes a healthy cereal with nonfat milk and a piece of fruit. Sometimes for lunch, I'll have pasta with turkey or chicken or fish.
