Looked at all of the other Jarheads in the gym, and then looked in the mirror, enough said!

I love the results, plus it wakes me up, and gives me more energy for the day!

Looking down....that things got to go!

I hate the fact that I am self consious about taking off my shirt in public. With the belly overhang, its just damn nasty! I want to get rid of it, and then tone up. My weight goal is 170, so I have some work to do.
