Once it gets to easy to do, do to 30 reps pre set, then if you can get some ankle weights and do about 10- 15 reps pre set. and so on.

sure, have u ever tried to use a big bounce ball to do abs? try tht if not also. leg raises, just different ways to work to change things up and shock your muscle. always increase your weight or reps periodically.

STARTING OUT JUST 50 TO 100 MOVE UP WEEKLY OR THREE DAYS NOT ONLY YOUR CHEST BUT YOU ARMS GET WORK BIG TIME. JUST KEEP DOING CURLS BICEPS WILL COME. JUST WORK YOUR ASS OFF AND IT WILL HAPPEN. IT JUST TAKES TIME. KEEP IT UP BRO...
