HEy you should hit me up, so i can give you my workout plan, you know just look it up, just type in "12 weeks to your future physique" by kris cathen. or "how to lose fat for beginners" i lost 8 pounds in 16 with the "how to lose fat for beginners" just make sure you do cardio last. That's how i do it. Trust me the fat will be burned the Hell out of you bro.

sure, have u ever tried to use a big bounce ball to do abs? try tht if not also. leg raises, just different ways to work to change things up and shock your muscle. always increase your weight or reps periodically.

MAN I REALLY CAN ONLY TELL YOU WHAT WORKED FOR ME. I JUST DID BENCH PRESS EVERYDAY 3x10 AND HEAVY, AND I WORKED MYSELF UP TO 500 PUSHUPS A NIGHT, LIKE SETS OF WHATEVER JUST GET IT. STARTING OUT JUST 50 TO 100 MOVE UP WEEKLY OR THREE DAYS NOT ONLY YOUR CHEST BUT YOU ARMS GET WORK BIG TIME. JUST KEEP DOING CURLS BICEPS WILL COME. JUST WORK YOUR ASS OFF AND IT WILL HAPPEN. IT JUST TAKES TIME. KEEP IT UP BRO...
