Exercise in general, whether lifting or cardio, makes me feel great. I love seeing the results after I have been working hard in the gym. It also keeps me healthy and happy
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that working out encourages a healthy lifestyle and gives me a better sense of accomplishment and well being. And most of all, I'm motivated by the feedback I get from my peers!! (thanks guys)

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Back - still injured (since 10th grade off and on) - I stretch a lot and focus on good form now rather than how much weight i can pull
