Back - still injured (since 10th grade off and on) - I stretch a lot and focus on good form now rather than how much weight i can pull
Hamstrings - all outdoor track season last year and the previous year in indoor track - do more hamstring exercises, strengthen the butt muscles Back - still injured (since 10th grade off and on) - I stretch a lot and focus on good form now rather than how much weight i can pull

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Using improper form pulling way more weight than they know they can handle in order to show off to their peers.
