Starting Dec. 13, 2008 , i will begin my workout with my weight starting at 200+ at 5'5. I will do at least 5-10 mins of stretching and from there, go to the treadmill and accomplish 30 mins. of running. In the weight room, i will work on chest, biceps, back, and leg. i do a lot of plyometrics for different sports.. Play a lot of rec football, bball, and I train in martial arts usually a couple of times a week.. Motivation? To not slip through life being an average joe

Been doing this for 8 years, but looked like this 4 years ago.. Stopped working on mass and just focused on sports after that.
