When I Started: Oct 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I decided I didn't want to be "skinny fat" anymore. I'm a pretty active person in general, I just have a weakness for bad food!

WHY I LOVE IT:

You gotta suck it up so that one day you won't have to suck it in!

I am still here, alive and well. I have been very busy with work and just plain distracted, haven't had a lot of time to get on here and browse or update. As far as working out goes, my foot/ankle is finally healed from whatever the heck I did to it. My stats haven't really changed much, I did lose a bit of my dedication there for awhile and basically just maintained the work I had already put it. I'm ready to get back at it in full force. I am still here, alive and well. I have been very busy with work and just plain distracted, haven't had a lot of time to get on here and browse or update. No More Cheat Meals.

Just ran some errands with my boyfriend and I got talked into a cheat meal. I don't even enjoy them anymore, as good as they sound I just end up feeling guilty and disappointed in myself. I think these next few weeks I'm going to stay as on track as I can with my diet and step up the cardio. I also need to step up my water intake which is hard because I simply don't enjoy it. Maybe adding lemon slices will help me down it a bit better.
