Super Set - 23.02.2013Decided to mix it up a bit with a super set with my personal trainer and mate misty/frosty. 22.2.2013 - Legs.Started off all motivated and keen for some leg action..Leg Press;- 120kg x 10- 160kg x 10- 180kg x 10- 220kg x 10Squat;- 60kg x 10- 80kg x 10- 80kg x 10- 80kg x 10Dead Lift;- 80kg x 10- 60kg x 10I must not of been breathing properly, I kept my fluids up, but half way through the dead lift sets, I became very dizzy, vision went blurry, all I wanted to do was black out and throw up..
