How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2 minute rest on strength exercises, 1 minute rest on breakthroughs.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
If I want to gain strength I do less reps higher weight, always 5 sets. If I want to break through a barrier I decrease weights and increase reps, still 5 sets.
