Workout Program:
Just finished competing, so my workouts are still pretty light. Cardio 40 min. 6 days a week. Split routine 1 day ea, quads,hams, back, shoulders and arms. I throw in calves and abs 3x a week. Need to put some size in my back, shoulders, calves and hamstrings. Will start dedicating an extra day per body part rotating monthly starting with back.
