I was inspired by an article in Muscle and Fitness that featured Mia Finnegan. I wanted a body like hers.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I look and feel. I am one of the crazies that loves a regimented schedule and don't mind eating the same foods everyday, variety is over rated.
How I Stay Motivated:
I continue to set new goals, I never give up.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed 2nd in figure in two classes at the NPC AZ open in June 2008. Placed 5th in the 35+ and 6th in the unlimited at the 2008 Excalibur.

I stay fit all year and it is due to the foods I eat. However, I do put on a little extra bodyfat in my off season due to extra calories for muscle growth so I go from about 8% contest, to 14-15% off season. I never vary my foods I only add more. Just finished competing, so my workouts are still pretty light. Cardio 40 min. 6 days a week. Split routine 1 day ea, quads,hams, back, shoulders and arms. I throw in calves and abs 3x a week. Need to put some size in my back, shoulders, calves and hamstrings. Will start dedicating an extra day...
