I wouldn't recommend anyone to do what I did in the beginning. I trained 7 days/week with a 3-day split. I can't remember exactly which exercises I did but I remember doing 9 sets for each muscle group. For hams and glutes squats (wide stance) and stiff-legged deadlifts are the best exercises in my opinion. Hamstrings are also one of my problem areas, they don't want to grow!

For me staying consistent and training almost every day for quite some time has worked....but progress comes very slowly. Having a healthy and protein-rich diet is essential. You have a very nice physique, just keep training hard and eating right, the results will come. I see that you started only a year ago, gaining muscle is a process that takes years.
