My fitness goal is to lose 30lbs and (confidently) wear a Wicked Weasel bikini
Goal (Long):
Want to get back in shape.
Have finally realized that a low weight of 45kg is not possible for me despite all the people I'm surrounded with and am finally accepting that my goal weight should only be 130-135.
I would like to take up diving. I can swim like a fish but never thought to go diving and am surrounded by beautiful tropical islands! One of my goals when I hit 140 is to take a dive course.
I would like to swim and compete again. There's a Masters swim meet at the end of this year.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
Congrats on the protien discovery - it's great stuff these days, take it 2 or 3 times a day to keep your metabolism up! I think u must of read up on how to manipulate your metabolism by now...if not, check back with me (I graduated exercise science major in 2002) ganbatte kudasai!
It's ok ,its hard to stay focus, as a beginner I find it hard to stay focus mentally but just imagine your goal and you achieve a lot! I know what’s it like trying to loose inches from my stomach.
Hi there, please don't lose faith, it's good to have a cheat every once in a while, I have real problems trying to stop comfort eatting. It's really tough been around smaller people and watching them eat whatever. But soon, you won't be envious of a doughnut or two, you will see that as not something you would like to add in your body. 12 week plan will go so quick and the benefits will sure be worth it. Keep going, best of luck
Paula
Leave beating it up at the gym on the bag...it's one day at a time...it's called working out because it is "work" and anything that is beautiful didn't happen in a "poof" ,it takes time!!!
