I'm in the gym 6 days per week but I only train on weights 2 X per week so that I allow enough recovery time to grow. The other days I do cardio, ab and core training.
Thanks brother! For me, keeping on a low carb diet is what really brought my abs out the most. I hate low carb diets but they do definately help cut you up.

just stuff like that man. i find if its too shredy it kinda put off concentration so just more straight forward stuff is good like stuff above. let me know what you think.
Hey bro, ah, I listen to the Limp Bizkit, Trapt, Megadeath, and a mate got me listenin to a band called Madball... But it's just what gets me all pumped up, listen to Metal, Heavy, genres that make you angry!
