LOL. Easier said than done. I dont always. My training partner keeps my head level and I take a look at my competition pics, videos and read the log books i have kept. Plus i read alot on Bodybuilding.com and in M&F.

glad to hear you're almost there. Keep up the good work...it's tough, but you look great. Amazing arms, chest, abs, the entire package. I decided to pass on the April and May competitions. We'll see what the future brings.
