My Workout Program
Ask me about it, cause I change it very frequently. Some advice: change your workouts every 2 or 3 weeks for muscle confusion. Supersets of the same muscle group have worked great for me. I do a 2 day split which works well for me. If you want details ask me cause I may have changed it by then. I am liking this for now though.

supplements are good and all and i do use them but they definitely arent necessary with a great diet which i don't have yet.
Currently I take a multi vitamin (optimen) 2 times a day, fish oil (optimum) 2 times a day, and an antioxidant (NOW) 2 times a day. Pre workout I take 2.5g beta alanine (BB.com brand) and 3/4 scoop of a pre workout (right now Hyper Fx). Post workout I take 1.5 scoops of whey (cytosport 100% whey). Other than that i just try to eat a well rounded diet with protein here and there throughout the day. Seems to work fine for my goals. I am not a big fan of supplements. I try to do everything as natural as I can because everything is possible without supplements. A lot of supplements do nothing for you or are very harmful to your body so I try avoiding them.

My old physique just wasn't cutting it so I decided to change.
I am mostly self-motivated because I saw pics of myself on spring break 2 years ago and thought I was in decent shape but when I saw those pics I was not too happy with myself...Soooo I kicked it into high gear and learned how to actually workout as opposed to just going there and going through the normal every day grind at the gym. I also look at BB.com's 15 admirable physique articles they post every so often and transformation stories because I think it's really inspirational to see that people who have it much tougher than me have made such amazing transformations and if they can do it with less than I have then certainly I can do it too!
awlareau Finally going to spend less on alcohol on weekends and more on healthier foods during the week :) diet was good before, now even better tho
