Goal (Overall):
I want to get my bodyfat down significantly. Somewhere in the 17% range would be great.
Goal (Long):
I was in pretty good shape a year ago but my travel and work schedule have come before my workouts. I still do 100 pushups every day but my body fat is out of control. I have a new book coming out later this year and want to look good when I promote my book. I want to get back into great shape so that I will feel better and live longer. I turn 50 this year and I intend to be in great shape.

I want to LOSE 25 lb
