i wanna get a spread on muscle and fitness too. maybe one day we can pose on there together lol.

i like to change my workouts up every 8 wks. sometimes i dont even to flat bench. i go straight to delcine bench and then incline. i might finish it off with some flat dumbell flys and cable cross-overs

I think its beceause i put on about 35lbs in the off-season. i wouldnt recommend doing that bc its to hard to burn it all off. try taking a protein shake that is high in calories and carbs.

iknow how that feels to get a few hours of sleep before your show. i was up all night put pro tan on before me show.
