How I Started:
I have been involved in sports my entire life. Playing throughout college and then professionally I have always been pushed. My career ended when I blew out my knee and I needed to find something else that could push my body to new levels. I dated a body builder for a little bit and after I went to one of his shows I knew figure competitions were for me.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it, the way it makes me look and feel. The people involved in a fitness lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music, working in the fitness industry, and looking in the mirror :)

I love beach volleyball. I used to play a little two on two but was never talented enough to be a pro...It's still alot of fun to get out there and run around in the sand. I still play in a basketball league and golf (it's not an "old man" sport) when I can. I workout with my wife as often as possible.
