last week was a bad week. My mother died,she had a good long life, she was 81. All my family that i hadn't seen in a while came. Friends bought food,(no low carb food)but we were thankful. Trying to get back in my program and eating plan. thanks for dropping by. Good luck on all your goals.

The only carbs I eat come from greens at every meal, and a small apple about a hour before I work out. I make sure to burn that off on my bike after. I stay below 50g carbs mon-tue, th-fr, then We 100g and sun 200 or more but only cause those are leg and back days and micro refeed days

Thanks for all the advise you give. Do you have any pointers for food that is high in good fat? I'm doing the high protein high fat life and I want my fat that i'm eating to be the good kind. Again thanks
