focus on scale 5% of time and workout 80% and diet 80%. I know thats 165% but that is what It will take to get the body I want.
Goal (Long):
1.to lose 15 pounds a month, until i reach my goal weight.
2.to be a healthier person by my 41th birthday.
3.to be able to do 100 pushups in 2 minutes
4.to be able to do 100 situps in 2 minutes.
5.to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes.
6.be in one of those bodybuilding. com adds after i become a personal trainer, and lose 140 pounds.
she has a never die, never quit, never give in mind set.
she is what bodybuilding is really about. Her page is one of the ones i go to, when i feel like giving in.
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
well working out at home has a lot of pros to me and not many cons. I can get a quick workout in anytime i want. What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
avoid- gyms with no trainers. that are not 24/7. that don't keep up with weight science.
did cardio x
was a good workout. left alot of sweat on the floor. did all the moves, and burned a lot of calories. tommorrow is day three and i have shoulders and arms and ab ripper x. gonna bring it and leave it

Oh yeh, try wild caught salmon and also flaxseed. I like to mix a couple teaspoons of ground flaxseed in with some low fat cottage cheese, you get extra fiber and essential fats. Extra virgin olive oil is also a great source of healthy fats. I make all my salad and veggie dressing with it.
