focus on scale 5% of time and workout 80% and diet 80%. I know thats 165% but that is what It will take to get the body I want.
Goal (Long):
1.to lose 15 pounds a month, until i reach my goal weight.
2.to be a healthier person by my 41th birthday.
3.to be able to do 100 pushups in 2 minutes
4.to be able to do 100 situps in 2 minutes.
5.to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes.
6.be in one of those bodybuilding. com adds after i become a personal trainer, and lose 140 pounds.
I would start off to see if you have a crossfit affiliate in the area and go talk to them. If not just start watching the videos on the website on how to do everything and then scale the workouts back to where its tough but still manageable and just slowly increase with time. I was a self taught crossfitter from the start. You just have to be patient and focus on your form first. Good luck, glad to see your interested in crossfit!
AV,THAT'S FUNNY BECUZ THAT WHAT I TO PARTIME.I HAVE SMALL COMPANY CALL LOCDOWN ENT.WHEN I STARTED IN FEB MY FOCUS WAS BULKING.I FIGURE OUT BY LIFTING HEAVY AND EATING CLEAN THE FAT WILL COME OFF WITHOUT DIETING.NOW IAM IN THE SHREDDING PHASE FOR THE NEXT 12WK THEN BACK TO BULKING.YOU HAVE TO SWITCH IT UP.I BELEIVE THATS THE BEST WAY FOR PREVENTING LOSE SKIN.I LOSS 48LBS THAT WAY.
keep up the good work even if the weight you lost was only .5 lbs as you workout and with a combination of the supplements you are using it will boost your metabolism and will cause you to loose weight faster after your body gets used to it
