Started in the army to get a better score ony pt test. Helped me max my pushups and situps, but because of mass couldn't max the run

I don't love it, but I have found that it is a must.

focus on scale 5% of time and workout 80% and diet 80%. I know thats 165% but that is what It will take to get the body I want.
Goal (Long):
1.to lose 15 pounds a month, until i reach my goal weight. 2.to be a healthier person by my 41th birthday. 3.to be able to do 100 pushups in 2 minutes 4.to be able to do 100 situps in 2 minutes. 5.to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes. 6.be in one of those bodybuilding. com adds after i become a personal trainer, and lose 140 pounds.

well working out at home has a lot of pros to me and not many cons. I can get a quick workout in anytime i want. I can grunt and sweat as much as i want. i never have to ask "are you through with this...more

I had been talking with my wife about buying p90x for my workout, and she was against the price. I was trying to find a way to cut back on this, not buy that, use less of this, the normal way to fit something new in our budget. When the unbelievable happen. My wife loves...

I run on the treadmill at the highest incline in intervals - full run 1 min then jog 2 min - for a total of 2 miles- works for me:)

Oh yeh, try wild caught salmon and also flaxseed. I like to mix a couple teaspoons of ground flaxseed in with some low fat cottage cheese, you get extra fiber and essential fats. Extra virgin olive oil is also a great source of healthy fats. I make all my salad and veggie dressing with it.
