avgustina_d Till now slow progress - only 4,8 kg lost :( I hope it will be more visible in the 2nd month.

nick101 Many thanks for the kind words, I have to admit I have always been in shape so it is hard for me to really be able to relate to alot of people who struggle with weight issues, but my best progress has been over the last 2-3 years when I have ceased to follow the crowd and began to question all the mainstream ideas, whether that be training techniques or nutrition. nick101 Hi, Check out Eat Stop Eat on the web, in my opinion really interesting and its something that is a little outside the box at the moment as they cant sell you anything related to it but something both me and my GF are using to great effect, she has lost 10llbs since Xmas. stay away from cardio and lots of isolation movements, also check out AthleanX, it might look as though its for guys but the principals this guy employs can be adapted to anyone looking to be lean and toned.
