I want to build my abss.s....... HELP MEE..... now that I have leaned down. Building muscle, defintion and becoming a specimen. 20 years ago, I was going through a divorce with three children, no job, no car and my parents said what are you going to do, do you have any plans. "Yes, I am going to go into body building" This was a joke at the time, realizing through the years, I truely wanted this. 120 lbs and rock hard body - i started the P90X today with clean eating. I am on day 1 and not looking back. Determined....hungry for success!~

Hey AVG, if you can't find a good personal trainer, it helps to watch videos and read plenty of training articles. This mostly teaches you and psyches you up. Then you can't wait to train and apply what you have learned. Good luck on your quest to be the best!
