How I Started:
I have always loved working out and being fit since I was in high school but somewhere the busyness of life overcame that love.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes you feel and look. I love feeling strong and fit. I also love the fact that you are constantly learning new things when working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband is my first source of motivation. Second would be progress pictures. They are soo important in keeping me motivated when I am actually seeing the results of a picture.
BB Accomplishments:
My most recent accomplishment is getting under 145lbs. No matter what I have done I haven't been able to get under 147 in the past 3.5 years. I'm excited to see what else I can achieve

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
One phrase "If you can Load you can Unload!!!!" It is soo annoying to me to have to unload weights b/c some a$$ couldnt do it

Soo it has been a great training week for me. I did slack on Saturday with the diet slightly I went out drinking.

 Monday I had a great ab & leg workout for about 1.25hrs, then I ran 5 miles and walked another mile on the 15incline.
