This is for Herm ;-) I bought some speedo's yesterday at Dicks Sporting Goods, guess I was way to optimistic in that size 34 does not stretch at all - matter a fact it makes a ripping sound when stretched past the limit
My training and dieting has been coming along sloooowly, but surely. By looking at your body I definitely don't have the discipline or know-how you have. Your results have been nothing short of remarkable.
Hey Mitch, thanks for asking about the PT cert~I actually have had the NASM textbook, etc. for almost 2 years! Made it about 1/2 way through and lost my studying mojo~lol! So, going for NASM 1st. Also want nutritionist cert
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal and competition. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with desire, hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. Hey Mitch...I think the rings are great. They are just so versatile. If you think dips are easy...think again. On the rings you have to now stabilize your weight throughout the motion. Want to do an Iron Cross...start out doing "Fly Push-ups" and get the chest and arms burning! Cheap $$$s for a great workout! Can't say enough good about them.

Hey Mitch...Happy Halloween! Seeing Brooke's latest post about a 16 Week Challenge makes me think I'll skip cutting for the 12 Week and continue to try and add size. Been working hard on the legs too...I wish they looked like yours!

Doing really good just need to drop a few pounds. Did shoulders,traps,quads and hams today. Felt really good, looks like your doing great man. Life is short train hard!!!
