How I Started:
I've always been really skinny. Looking at all those guys in the magazines saying to myself that I wanted to be them. But I just wanna be me now. A muscular me.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I know that it keeps me healthy and is helping build my self-confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read, breathe, and live everything that has to do with working out. I keep pictures of what I want my body to look like all around.

Goal (Long):
Transforming your body involves every fiber of who you are. People say that it is impossible for me but doubt is my biggest motivator. I'm more ready than ever to do this and believe me when I say I will do this! My goal is to reach 140 and I'm almost there and now on to 150!
An average guy who made amazing gains. He seems like someone you would meet in the everyday world who is no different from you or I. He is the shining example that with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
