Goal (Long):
It's been my goal since I was a lil'man to be a fighter, now I have the training, my bodyfat is nice and low and endurance & strenght are up. I'd like to compete this summer/fall in amateur fighting. Also I'd like to continue to utilize my degree in Sports & Health Science: Athletic Performance to continue improving the overall fitness level in the MN National Guard by education, informatin and hands on in all areas of fitness. As well as continue training soldier in Modern Army Combative Program.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

The knee was actually swollen from a long run with my crosstraining shoes instead of my running shoes. It's all better now. I just hit the upper-body centric crossfit workouts for a few days and my legs are good to go now.
I was up until yesterday. Our freaking unit funding fell through man...i'm so pissed. My Ranger buddy and I were training our asses off...**** i'm still mad about it man. the thing is i'm not going to be around next year to compete...man it sucks...damn
