| I am currently following a 6-8 rep scheme, and 15-20 set workout program, utilizing only 1-2 bodyparts each session. I tend to change things up a bit to keep my muscles guessing and this may lead to working out once per day for 7 days straight; twice a day for 4 days straight; or a day on, day off. It really depends how I feel on any given day. Right now I am stressing cardio for at least 5X a week for 45-60 min. I will do cardio either in the morning on a low stomach, or after I train, or later in the evening on my single training days. The exceptions I make are with abs and calves which I will sometimes train up to 4x a week. Every other body part gets its 1day a week fix. |
